On Monday, May 5 Vallata will welcome Angela Fronti to our table to share the entrepreneurial story of the Istine winery - from family-owned agricultural business to up-and-coming winemaker - with a guided tasting of their Tuscan-made portfolio and four-wine paired courses by chef's Greg Lewicki & Tom Colicchio.
